Craig Jobe, CPL
Landman
30+ years experience in the oil & gas business. Craig worked for 8 years in house for EOG, 5 years as the Manager of all company-wide Land Databases and GIS and 3 years as a Senior Landman in their Tyler Division. After his stint with EOG, he was the Manager of the DFW project for Chesapeake.
Craig has managed extensive exploration projects in our area of interest. The first being a 300,000 acre project in Nacogdoches & Shelby Counties. The second being a 75,000 acre project in Leon, Madison & Robertson counties. He has an extensive contact base in the Haynesville & Western Haynesville target areas. Craig holds a B.A. from Louisiana State University.

Theodore D. Oldham
Geologist
With over 30 years of extensive leadership and technical experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, Ted is a results-oriented executive and operations geologist specializing in unconventional resource plays, horizontal drilling, and full-cycle asset development. His core operating expertise spans the Permian Basin, East Texas, the Texas and Louisiana Upper Gulf Coasts, South Texas, and the Mid-Continent.
Throughout his distinguished career, including leadership roles at Crimson Energy Partners and Approach Resources, Ted has successfully managed multi-rig drilling programs, driven multi-fold production growth, pioneered innovative geosteering and well-spacing strategies, and successfully managed complex regulatory and partner relations.
Kathryn D. Roan
Landman
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Kathryn is an accomplished third-generation landman specializing in complex mineral title, leasehold, and mineral interest management. Her extensive multi-basin expertise spans major plays across East Texas, the Permian Basin, the Barnett Shale, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Pennsylvania.
Known for navigating intricate land and title challenges with precision, Kathryn brings deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and a proven track record of success to every project.
Rand Roan
Landman
25+ years experience in the oil and gas industry. He began his career as a Credit/Restructure Officer of a $400 million oil & gas portfolio. In 2005 he was named Managing Partner of Three Pointe Land & Title, LLC, a leasing and title research firm. Established Petro Analytics, a consulting firm specializing in valuation, A&D, and mineral/royalty transactions, with Bill Sealy in 2017.
Managed leasing and title programs as a consultant for 10+ years in the Haynesville-Bossier play. Directly negotiated and supervised the leasing of hundreds of mineral owners throughout multiple prospects in our area of interest. Rand has actively traded mineral & royalty interests in Arkansas, New Mexico and Texas. Extensive contact base of energy professionals, mineral and royalty owners in the area of interest.

Brian Smith
Legal
Brian Smith is an attorney board certified in oil, gas, and mineral law. The majority of Brian's practice focuses on transactions and litigation in this sector. He has represented publicly traded companies down to small businesses, including banks, financial institutions, family offices and petroleum exploration and production companies.
Brian has extensive experience in preparation of oil and gas title opinions, oil and gas and mineral transactions, and other matters involving mineral ownership, leasing, and securities. His experience in the energy industry is further informed by his work as a landman in several of the nation's major producing regions, including the Permian Basin, Marcellus Shale, Haynesville Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, and Woodbine formations. This combination of legal and field experience gives Brian a practical understanding of the operational, title, land, and transactional issues faced by oil and gas companies and mineral owners.
Brian is a 2004 graduate of TCU with a B.A. in political science and a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M School of Law.

Dag is a Dallas-based oil and gas attorney and former landman with over a decade of title and transactional experience across the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, and East Texas. His practice centers on mineral and royalty acquisitions, upstream transactions, title examination, and due diligence, and he holds a J.D. and an M.S. in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and a B.A. in Economics from UT Dallas.

With 18 years of comprehensive upstream oil and gas experience bridging major service companies and operators, Andrew is a completions engineering expert. His technical mastery covers the entire completion lifecycle from frac design and execution through flowback, drill-out, and well testing.
Andrew's career is defined by driving operational efficiencies and cutting costs in high-pressure environments. During his tenure at Comstock Resources in the Haynesville basin, he achieved top-tier completion costs per foot by doubling completed lateral lengths, introducing natural gas-powered frac fleets, and pioneering streamlined field tracking protocols. Backed by a strong engineering foundation, Andrew excels at leading cross-functional teams, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and optimizing financial performance across complex multi-basin assets.
